Your Seat at the Table:
- Submit and manage part creation requests, ensuring all required documentation—including specifications, certifications, and artwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and internal standards.
- Manage sample requests and shipment tracking.
- Oversee digital asset management.
- Ensure artwork compliance with regulatory.
- Maintain and update internal and external portals.
- Process food specification requests and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Update technical specifications and ensure version control.
- Maintain and regularly update the department’s SharePoint site to ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with current initiatives.
What you Bring to the Table:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex information and develop effective solutions independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with digital asset management systems and portals.
- Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, D365).
- Basic knowledge of translation workflows and certification processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in packaging, compliance, or administrative coordination.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communications.
