Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to develop our marketing and sales channels as well as product designs
• Identify and evaluate prospective customers and partners
• Analyze the competition
• Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions
• Support the team in all other related tasks
• Mainly remote work. Travel as needed for sessions at the office.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who can take initiative, work independently, and proactively seek out new learning opportunities
• Highly motivated, dedicated, creative, productive and ability to deliver on time
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good writing and communication skills in French and English
• Excellent selling and customer service abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Either a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident or protected person defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act

Great to have

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Canadian University
• Prior internship or part-time work experience in a business-related role
• Participation in extracurricular activities, such as student organizations, volunteer work, or sports, demonstrating leadership or teamwork
• Knowledge of Hubspot, Adobe Creative Suite, Wix and other CMS platforms
• Experience working in a sales or customer service role
