Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to develop our marketing and sales channels as well as product designs
- Identify and evaluate prospective customers and partners
- Analyze the competition
- Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions
- Support the team in all other related tasks
- Mainly remote work. Travel as needed for sessions at the office.
Qualifications
- Self-starter who can take initiative, work independently, and proactively seek out new learning opportunities
- Highly motivated, dedicated, creative, productive and ability to deliver on time
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good writing and communication skills in French and English
- Excellent selling and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Either a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident or protected person defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
Great to have
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Canadian University
- Prior internship or part-time work experience in a business-related role
- Participation in extracurricular activities, such as student organizations, volunteer work, or sports, demonstrating leadership or teamwork
- Knowledge of Hubspot, Adobe Creative Suite, Wix and other CMS platforms
- Experience working in a sales or customer service role
