Position Summary 

We’re seeking a full-time Affiliate & Event Marketing Manager (official title: Marketing Supervisor) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. As SHEGLAM's US business expands rapidly, we are seeking a fast learner with strong multitasking abilities to support diverse marketing projects. In this role, you will drive key initiatives such as event planning, affiliate marketing, and cross-department collaboration to strengthen SHEGLAM's presence in the US market. With significant autonomy, you’ll independently manage large-scale projects, develop versatile marketing skills, and explore extensive opportunities for growth across multiple areas. 

Job Responsibilities 

Event Planning and Execution (40%) 

  • Plan, organize, and execute a range of offline events, such as influencer activations, PR campaigns, pop-up shops, and showrooms.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, vendor contracts, logistics, and event setup to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality events.
  • Collaborate with the PR manager and influencer manager to provide creative direction, plan activations, and conduct post-event reviews.

Affiliate Marketing (40%)

  • Oversee the US affiliate marketing program and contribute to strategy development to boost sales and enhance media coverage.
  • Work closely with platform account managers, sales teams, and PR teams to recruit new affiliate publishers and nurture relationships with existing partners.
  • Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of affiliate marketing activities and allocate resources efficiently to optimize ROI.

Budget Management and Admin (15%)

  • Manage the SHEGLAM US marketing department’s budget and ensure accurate tracking of expenses.
  • Support different functions to submit contract and proceed payment.

Other marketing projects (5%)

  • Lead or support other cross-departmental integrated marketing initiatives. 

 Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above from a prestigious university
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting, project management, event planning, affiliate marketing or digital advertising
  • Quick learner
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to think structurally
  • Outstanding communication skills

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) to effectively communicate with stakeholders in China

$85,000 - $110,000 USD
