Position Summary
We are a global security organization dedicated to detecting and mitigating security threats using cutting-edge AI/ML technologies. Our team specializes in threat detection, risk management, security automation, and AI-driven security operations. As part of our mission, we continuously explore innovative machine learning and large language models (LLMs) to enhance security defenses and operational workflows.
We’re seeking a full-time, motivated and detail-oriented General Management Intern (Official title: Intern) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office, who will support the General Management Office of cybersecurity, where hands-on experience in business operations, cross-functional coordination, and organizational strategy will be gained. This internship offers valuable experience in business operations, organizational administration, and executive-level management support.
Job Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Maintain and manage organizational distribution lists, mailing groups, and internal chat platforms, ensuring accurate member access and timely updates, and draft internal memos as needed.
- Internal Documentation and Content Management: Prepare content to be ready for publishing in internal channels by coordinating with content owners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal standards.
- Project Assistance & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute to cross-departmental projects by preparing presentations, creating summary reports, and supporting execution plans. Gain exposure to strategic initiatives led by senior leadership.
- Process Improvement & Initiative Ownership: Identify small inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve team operations. Take ownership of mini-projects that allow demonstrate initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Process procurement applications, track vendor invoices, and ensure all related documentation is accurate, processed in time, and properly archived.
- Document Filing & Record-keeping: Organize digital and physical files related to procurement, payments, and other internal operations.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Job Requirements
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Teams).
- Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize accordingly
- High level of personal integrity, with the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and exudes the appropriate level of judgment and maturity
