Position Summary
We’re seeking a full-time HRBP Manager for our Los Angeles-based corporate office.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with business leaders to identify people-related problems or potential and provide professional support in the design and execution of HR related strategy
- Consult with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate, including talent development, performance management, and employee relations
- Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case
- Support the leaders to improve the people management skills, ensure the smooth communication and feedback between leaders and employees
- Proactively assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
- Work together closely with COE teams and HR share service center team in implementing the HR policies, systems, regulations, and key HR projects, to ensure the ultimate goal, the long-term success of the business
Job Requirements
- The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
- A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
- Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
- Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
- Success in creating and driving effective and positive employee relations, retention and reward programs
- The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"
- Stellar internal and external customer service focus
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- 7 years HR experience, HRBP experience preferred
- Experience with performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting
- Demonstrated project management and change management experience and ability to drive programs independently
- Analytical and data management skills with experience translating data into action planning
- Interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge and experience in E-commerce business are preferred
- BA/BS degree in relevant field or equivalent years of HR experience
- Masters degree in human resources or related field will be a plus

Pay Range
$96,200 - $140,000 USD
