Position Summary 

We’re seeking a full-time Senior PR Analysis Manager for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. What does 1 billion impressions really mean? We’re looking for a candidate who understands the importance of data and analytics to support the work of our in-house Brand PR team. We believe in innovation, creativity, and the power of data in shaping the future of our public relations work at SHEIN. This role will define and set appropriate campaign benchmarks, and assess end-of-campaign effectiveness. You will be instrumental in data-driven decision-making, optimizing our PR work, offering insights into coverage, and developing meaningful coverage reports. 

 Job Responsibilities 

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and templates to measure and track campaign performance, media coverage, and other key PR metrics
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize PR strategies and tactics as well as help set benchmarks and KPIs for campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive analytics approach across all brand communication channels
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in PR analytics and suggest any new tools or methodologies to enhance our work
• Work closely with our consumer insights team to develop customer surveys and utilize research for integration and knowledge-sharing
• Conduct analysis to identify emerging media trends, competitor strategies, and industry benchmarks that could impact our brand’s PR strategy and positioning
• Monitor real-time performance of ongoing campaigns and provide immediate insights to the team for any necessary adjustments to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Develop monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership - Lead research and vetting of potential collaboration partners
• Develop a data stack with industry-standard tools to collect, analyze, and report on PR initiatives providing insights into the effectiveness and impact

 Job Requirements 

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in analytics, preferably within the PR or marketing industry (in-house or agency)
• Proficiency in PR analytics tools and platforms like Meltwater, Launchmetrics, Similarweb, Comscore, TVEyes, Muckrack, Critical Mention, Talkwalker, etc.
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills to convey data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
