Position Summary 

We’re seeking a full-time Senior Affiliate & Influencer Specialist (official title: Influencer Marketing Supervisor) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office.  

Job Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, overseeing content creation, contract negotiation, and budget management
• Actively recruit influencers for the TikTok Shop affiliate and live shopping initiatives to increase sales of SHEGLAM Hair TikTok Shop
• Identify, build, and nurture relationships with key influencers and agency partners. Manage gifting and seeding programs. Track, analyze, and report the performance of influencer marketing initiatives
• Maintain an influencer database with accurate and up to date brand partnerships

Product Marketing

• Proofread and edit Spanish product content to ensure accuracy and high quality
• Brainstorm ideas for product testing and coordinate logistics for product trials

Market Research

• Conduct market research as needed to identify new product development opportunities and support the expansion of retail channels
• Provide support on additional marketing related tasks as needed.

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree from a prestigious university, with a strong academic record
• 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably with experience in TikTok affiliate programs and influencer marketing
• In-depth knowledge of hair tools, styling, and hair care products; genuine passion for the beauty and haircare industry
• Strong work ethic and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail oriented

• Proficiency in Spanish
