Position Summary 

We’re seeking a full-time Senior Manager, Global Network Infrastructure for our warehouse in Beaumont, CA (Cherry Valley). Within this role, you will lead our regional network team and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our office and warehouse infrastructure. In this role, you will provide both strategic leadership and hands-on expertise by driving critical network projects, optimizing performance, and strengthening partnerships with business stakeholders.

 Job Responsibilities 

• Manage the North America network team day-to-day, providing guidance, coaching, and opportunities for growth.
• Oversee technical support for office and warehouse networks across the region, ensuring seamless operations.
• Collaborate closely with internal business units to understand needs and drive higher satisfaction.
• Own the delivery of network initiatives in North America, from planning through execution.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, enhance network quality, and implement improvements that make systems faster, stronger, and more reliable.

 Job Requirements 

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of experience in network operations and maintenance for large-scale companies, and 3+ years of team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of network architectures, including SD-WAN, cloud networks (AWS, GCP, Azure), and IDC network infrastructure.
• Proficiency in routing protocols such as TCP/IP, STP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and MLAG.
• Hands-on experience with mainstream network products including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Networking, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven success leading IDC data network projects across planning, implementation, and operations.
• Experience building and optimizing large-scale commercial wireless networks.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
