    We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, values structure and teamwork, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.

    Schedule

    • Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Thursday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

    What You’ll Do

    • Provide confident chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
    • Create a calm and comfortable experience for patients throughout their visit
    • Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards
    • Prepare and turnover operatories efficiently and thoroughly
    • Monitor and organize clinical inventory and supplies
    • Ensure accurate clinical charting and documentation

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Minimum 2 years of Dental Assistant experience required
    • Strong understanding of dental instruments, terminology, and workflows
    • ClearDent experience is highly preferred
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
    • Able to work efficiently in a structured, fast-paced environment
    • A supportive team player with a strong work ethic
    • Someone who takes pride in doing things the right way

    Compensation

    Compensation ranges from $25–$28 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and the value you bring to the team.
