Clinical Manager, Specialty Pharmacy Patient Services

Help lead specialty pharmacy teams that make a difference in patient care.

We’re seeking an experienced healthcare leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and delivering excellent patient experiences. This role is ideal for someone with a pharmacy background who thrives in fast‑growing, collaborative environments.

As the Clinical Manager, Patient Services, you’ll oversee teams supporting specialty pharmacy services across hospital and clinic settings. You’ll play a key role in coaching team members, driving performance, and ensuring best‑in‑class support for patients and partners.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support teams including Specialty Pharmacy Liaisons and other patient support roles
  • Coach, train, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance management
  • Ensure consistent use of best practices related to prior authorizations, financial assistance, refills, appointments, and patient outreach
  • Partner closely with clinics, pharmacies, and internal teams to deliver a seamless patient experience
  • Monitor performance metrics and help teams meet service, growth, and patient outcome goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with clinic leaders, pharmacy teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure team coverage and continuity of service
  • Share performance updates and contribute to strategic initiatives such as new clinic launches

What We’re Looking For

  • PharmD, RPh, or BS in Pharmacy (required)
  • Active pharmacist license (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting with patient and clinician interaction
  • 2+ years of people management experience (preferred)
  • Experience working with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams (outpatient or clinic setting preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable managing performance metrics while maintaining clinical quality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); able to quickly learn new systems

An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $100,000 and $150,000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law
