Clinical Accreditation Manager (Accreditation Pharmacist (URAC/ACHC)
Location: Remote
Travel: Up to 20% anywhere in the US
Compensation: $144,000 – $150,000 base + performance bonus + full benefits (based on experience and accreditation exposure)
About the Role
This is not a traditional pharmacist role. This position serves as a strategic advisor to hospital pharmacy teams, helping them navigate URAC and ACHC specialty pharmacy requirements while balancing compliance with real-world operations. Success in this role requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence decisions—not just execute tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hospital partners by interpreting and applying accreditation standards in practical ways
- Lead accreditation readiness efforts, including gap analyses, policy development, and survey preparation
- Guide clients through mock audits, corrective action planning, and ongoing compliance efforts
- Develop tools, templates, and processes that support scalable and sustainable compliance
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align on approach and priorities
- Deliver training and provide ongoing education on accreditation standards
- Identify risks, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement across quality programs
- Act as a subject matter expert on URAC and ACHC standards

Qualifications
PharmD and active U.S. Pharmacist license in good standing
3+ years of pharmacy experience (hospital, specialty, or similar)
Experience with compliance, audits, or quality initiatives
Preferred:
Exposure to URAC or ACHC accreditation
People management or project management experience
Experience working with cross-functional teams or external stakeholders
