Head Partner Director - Channel Sales / Engagement Mgmt Sales

 

Job Description:

Lead and inspire the Partner Director team, Engagement Manager team, and Recruiter sales teams in advancing growth across both new and established partnerships. This role drives merchant lead management, ISV and SkyTab dealer channel recruitment, team meetings and activities, including strategic pricing, customer segmentation, impactful presentations (QBR’S), account go live, and comprehensive partner management. Primarily remote, with in-person engagements for select business needs, trade shows, and commercial events.

 

This role can be based at any of the following Shift4 locations:  Tampa, FL / Las Vegas, NV / Center Valley, PA / Morrisville, NC / Atlanta, GA  Relocation assistance may be available. 


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and align sales teams to achieve ambitious MID counts and processing growth across our ISV and SkyTab POS partner channels.
  • Foster strong collaboration with API/Integrations, Product, and Commercial Vertical Leads to drive seamless partnership initiatives.
  • Set high-reaching team quotas, establish KPIs, and monitor progress to drive peak performance.
  • Facilitate productive team meetings with well-planned, strategic agendas.
  • Champion proactive growth, consistently surpassing sales and revenue goals set by Commercial Leadership.
  • Work closely with Marketing to identify and execute on growth opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance and feedback to empower each team member’s success.
  • Serve as a trusted contact for partner issues, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing a premium experience through regular, high-quality communication.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, delivering timely, insightful reporting to Leadership.
  • Stay informed on product and service offerings, alongside tracking of industry trends, to drive relevance and impact.
  • Engage with Vertical leaders to develop and implement bold growth strategies.
  • Direct multiple sales teams with a unified focus on achieving growth in MID count and processing volumes.

This role is ideal for a growth-minded leader who is passionate about driving success across a dynamic partner ecosystem and expanding Shift4’s influence in the market.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years’ experience in Sales Management
  • BA/BS Preferred or equivalent work experience
  • ISV (Independent Software Vendor) sales/management related experience

Additional skills that are a plus to have: 

  • Experience in Salesforce and Monday.com preferred
