Are you our next Team Lead for Product Managers?

We are looking for a motivated and highly experienced leader to join our Product team. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring a team of Product Managers, driving product vision, and ensuring successful product development and delivery. 

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the management of multiple product life cycles, from inception through launch and maintenance. This includes collecting, analyzing, designing, and defining product requirements, as well as orchestrating product launches for new products.

Your Role:

  • Define the product vision and strategy, working closely with R&D, sales, marketing, compliance, and a wide range of teams across the company.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of Product Managers, guiding product strategies, roadmaps, and professional development.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Drive technical discussions with R&D teams to ensure product feasibility, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Manage all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize analytics and customer feedback to inform decision-making and measure product success.
  • Oversee Agile processes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Your skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead, managing Product Managers.
  • Strong technical background.
  • High-level proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent, strong leadership skills, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Knowledge of the payment industry – a must.
  • Positive approach and strong execution skills in a matrix environment.
