Salesforce Sales Enablement Analyst

 

Responsibilities:

 

The Salesforce Sales Enablement Analyst will be a critical member of our Salesforce team.  This role will be focused on providing Sales end user support which includes providing training and answering questions while enforcing the documented processes and assisting with communication of issues to the technical team for resolution and communication to users of changes being delivered.  The best person for this role will additionally perform Salesforce process administration, Salesforce requirements gathering, data administration, data analysis and data visualization with creation of reports and dashboards. Through these functions this role is expected to derive actionable insights to drive business process improvements and make recommendations for optimizing system efficiency using technical skills in Salesforce and other analytical methods.

This role can be based at any of the following Shift4 locations: Las Vegas, NV / Tampa, FL / Center Valley, PA / Morrisville, NC / Atlanta, GA - relocation assistance may be provided

 

  • Serve as a go-to resource for data and processes within Salesforce Sales Cloud such as quote / CPQ processes including rates & fees, opportunity management, lead routing etc.
  • Produce training, documented standard procedures and other materials to enable sales team productivity.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and assist special projects in executing testing in general.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Excel, Google Suite, and SQL to perform daily operational data analysis for a variety of sales stakeholders.
  • Clean, analyze, and visualize data using Salesforce reporting, excel, SQL, functions, pivot tables, and charts to identify trends and insights.
  • Create and maintain scalable processes to integrate into everyday workflow. 
  • Manage assigned stakeholder communications via email and meetings, answering questions and providing general support
  • Train new employees on operational processes, Salesforce utilization, and analysis in the Salesforce platform. 
  • Monitor slack channels for user questions and issues and provide direction and answers as well as recreating any reported system issues and then reporting them to the Salesforce technical team for resolution. 
  • Handle monthly analytical processes and analysis.
  • Participate in managing the Salesforce Sales Enablement case queue as part of a team of analysts
  • Identify and resolve data issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Customer Success, Billing, Support, Sales, and Project teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve operational issues, needs, and requests.
  • Facilitate clear communication and presentations to stakeholders to drive data-driven strategies for success.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in payments operations, revops, data analysis, or a related role utilizing Salesforce.
  • Possess a Certified Salesforce Administrator certification or have the ability to obtain it within 6 months of start date.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales and CPQ, Excel, Google Suite. 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Ability to perform complex data analyses and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with solid skills in slide deck creations (Google Slides, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines


Additional skills that are a plus to have: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field 
  • Additional Salesforce certifications
