Responsibilities (What You Will Learn and Do):
- Learn and apply modern development methodologies and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Assist in developing Server-side logic (Apex) and front-end UI components (LWC, Aura).
- Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of projects on the Force.com platform under the mentorship of senior developers.
- Be involved in the full development lifecycle from understanding business requirements to delivering functional solutions, including integration, testing, and deployment.
- Write and maintain clean, well-documented code with appropriate unit tests.
- Continuously learn and implement new technologies and tools in the CRM and cloud space.
Requirements:
- Up to 1 year of hands-on development experience with a relevant degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering.
- Basic programming knowledge in one or more of the following: Java, C#, JavaScript, C++.
- Strong willingness to learn the Salesforce platform and develop expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Foundational front-end skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Understanding of writing clean, maintainable code and the importance of unit testing.
- Familiarity with Git/version control - an advantage.
- Basic understanding of REST/SOAP integrations - an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies - an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
