HR Coordinator

We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to support our team with day-to-day HR operations, system administration, and documentation management. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and playing a key part in ensuring smooth internal processes.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, onboarding/offboarding documents, and leave/termination documentation.
- Draft and update HR policies, templates, internal guides, and process documentation.
- Provide support to employees throughout their entire lifecycle with us, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Support ongoing HR operations projects, helping drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Coordinate ad hoc HR tasks as needed, including reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with Lithuanian labor law, migration legislation and basic compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Quick learner, always seeking to improve, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Monthly salary depending on experience (2300-2500 Eur gross)
