Our 2-month paid Internship Program is designed for motivated students seeking hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the payment processing and technology industry. You will work alongside experienced Talent Acquisition professionals, develop essential hiring and communication skills, and contribute to meaningful projects that support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment processes
- Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, internal databases and other resources
- Support screening of resumes and initial candidate communication
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
- Assist in preparing job postings and recruitment materials
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within deadlines, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and contributing
- Work on an end-of-assignment project and present findings to the team
- Currently enrolled in a university, pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or any other field and seeking future career possibilities in Talent Acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English
- Available from June 2026 to August 2026
- Available to work onsite in the office

The offered salary during Internship program is 1200 Eur Gross/month.
