Internship, Operations (Post-Launch Team, Summer 2026)

Our 2-month paid Internship Program is designed for motivated students seeking hands-on experience at Shift4 Operations Department.
The Post-Launch Team collaborates closely with on-site technicians to support newly installed locations using SkyTab POS systems. The team focuses on ensuring smooth onboarding, gathering feedback, and continuously improving the post-installation experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of materials such as presentations, SOPs, feedback analyses, and reports (e.g., cancellation insights and other key data sources)
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training workshops
- Analyze data and prepare clear summaries and actionable insights
- Conduct outbound calls to gather feedback, collect data, or schedule appointments
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, meeting deadlines with a proactive and engaged approach
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a university (Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or a related field)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and contribute
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English
- Availability from June 2026 to August 2026
- Ability to work on-site in the office
- Willingness and ability to work EST hours (may require working until around midnight)

The offered salary during Internship program is 1200 Eur Gross/month.
