Join our ambitious Partner Portal team, where you'll help develop and maintain a cutting-edge self-service platform for Shift4's commercial teams, including internal sales and external partners. This portal is used for sales, customer service and support, merchant portfolio management, and various internal divisions (L&D, Marketing, and Finance). It has been operating successfully in the American market for over two years and is now starting to expand into Europe.

Our current strategic directions include:

  • International development (USA, Europe, Canada, UK, IE, Australia and more)
  • Core project enhancement, Implementation of AI solutions, GDPR compliance
  • Deprecation of legacy systems and all processes from leads (opportunity) to customer issues management after going live

Responsibilities:

  • Thorough testing of high-performing business solutions using manual testing
  • Review and analyze product requirements and define test cases to match expected functionality
  • Be an active participant in a high velocity Agile process
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Analysts, Developers, and other team members to achieve elegant solutions which satisfy business needs, goals, and objectives
  • Design, maintain and execute manual functional and regression test cases, as well as automated test scripts
  • Clarify and identify gaps in feature requirements
  • Report and document defects, and verify fixes
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of development processes, technical solutions, and SkyTab POS itself
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with deployed systems using a variety of techniques including direct engagement with support personnel and customers

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and aptitude for problem-solving
  • Basic knowledge of test management tools (experience with Jira or TestRail is a plus)
  • Familiarity with the agile software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Great interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn

The salary for this position starts from 2500 gross/month, depending on your experience.
