Integration and Deployment Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Integration and Deployment Engineer to join our team. In this technical role, you will be responsible for configuring, testing, and documenting solutions tailored to customer environments around the world. You will work directly with internal teams and clients to translate requirements into effective system configurations, support integration activities, and ensure successful user adoption of our platform.  This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy working with technology, solving problems, and supporting customers.

What you'll do...

• Configure customer environments to meet defined business and technical requirements.
• Fully test and validate configurations before release to clients.
• Participate in and help lead requirements discovery sessions with customers.
• Produce customer-facing requirements and configuration documentation.
• Execute post-UAT configuration changes to finalize solutions.
• Own client specific integrations.
• Input, classify, and document customer enhancement requests.
• Capture and share templates, assets, best practices, and lessons learned throughout projects.
• Provide post-implementation support within the defined contract period.
• Deploy new features and configuration updates in demo and production environments.
• Coordinate closely with development teams to refine templates and processes that optimize configuration and delivery.
  
  

What you bring...

• Strong technical understanding with ideally:
• 1–2 years of experience in a technical, configuration, or implementation role (preferably in software, SaaS, or system integration).
• Familiarity with scripting, coding, or automation tools (e.g., C#, SQL, or similar) is a plus.
• Hands-on software configuration and testing experience.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into configuration deliverables.
• Experience developing and executing test cases with clients.
• Strong communication skills, including preparing client-facing documentation.
• Curiosity and problem-solving mindset when addressing client concerns
• Strong understanding of configuration best practices and testing methodologies.
  Exposure to integration concepts (APIs, workflows, data mapping) is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead discussions directly with clients.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken); professional proficiency in French is a plus.
