ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Temporary Service Center Processor, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional after-sales service for our guests, retail stores, and wholesale partners. You’ll be responsible for accurately processing repairs, returns, and transfer orders, as well as performing basic watch services like battery swaps. This role supports our overall mission to provide a premium guest experience and uphold the craftsmanship behind every Shinola product. It’s a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, hands-on environment at the heart of our operations. This role is temporary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing Guest Repairs:
- Process inbound and outbound repairs daily (ship and receive) to/from customers, Shinola Retail Locations, and Wholesale partners
- Log product, guest, and repair information into Salesforce
- Stage and prepare guest repairs
- Able to support business needs to accommodate holiday schedule, training and customer needs
Process Returns & Transfer Orders:
- Process returns from customer and wholesale channels
- Receive Transfer Orders from Stores, 115, and 116
- Stage returned product for IQC
Battery Swaps:
- Perform battery replacements on quartz watches using proper tools and safe handling procedures
- Inspect gaskets, case backs, and water resistance where applicable
- Log all completed services accurately
Communication (Verbal and Written)
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/ GED
- 1+ Year Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Customer Service.
- Microsoft Office experience
- Salesforce, Package Zen, or FIFO experience is a plus
- Microsoft AX or Magento experience is a plus
