Role Description:

The Revenue Operations Specialist will be a key member on our Revenue Operations team and will configure technical solutions for ShipBob’s internal stakeholders. This role will be required to configure the tools used in our tech stack as well as assist with scoping and documentation related activities. The Revenue Operations Specialist adds value by providing front-line support to our users, which enables ShipBobbers to work more efficiently providing best-in-class supply chain and fulfillment. This role reports to the Manager, Revenue Operations.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide front-line support including managing user access to tech stack and efficiently resolving internal user tickets. ● Perform data analysis including usage analytics and pipeline analytics for our sales teams.
  • Participate in technical design sessions to develop solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Support solution implementation in Salesforce and other tools.
  • Translate business requirements into processes that enable users to best leverage our tools and products.
  • Create and maintain documentation of business processes to leverage best practices.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across different teams.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools, Salesforce preferred, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and platforms.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and openness to change is crucial, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Preferred 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations or similar role.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience collaborating cross-departmentally to deliver comprehensive solutions for merchants.
