Title: Mid Market Lead 

Hours/Shift: 8:00 - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

 Location: 450 E Moorestown Rd Wind Gap, PA 18091 

Compensation: $24/ hour  

Role Description: 

This is an important position where you will be an on-site resource for one of ShipBob’s top clients. Many of our merchants want the ability to interact and receive updates directly with the on-site team, and you will provide that access and support. You will work directly with on-site partners and the regional team to provide feedback, highlight risk, and support the site in challenges they may face. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Interact directly with one of ShipBob’s top merchants.  
  • Provide realistic updates and transparent feedback to both shipping partners and merchants. 
  • Support the partner site directly or through feedback. 
  • Deep dive and root cause issues. 
  • Be an additional resource to provide visibility to potential issues prior to them occurring.  
  • Become a trusted partner to the Shipping site by helping resolve merchant facing obstacles.  
  • Required to comply with all food safety and compliance policies and regulations. 
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary. 

What you’ll bring to the table: 

  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision on-site.  
  • Shows the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and solve problems quickly.  
  • Ability to determine priorities and tactful external communication.  
  • Possesses effective written and verbal communication skills; displays reading comprehension skills.  
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple issues at the same time without stress.  
  • Excellent attention to detail.  
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. without any health limitations.  
  • Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to an 8-10hr shift.  
  • Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.

Classification: Non-Exempt – Hourly  

Reports to:  Senior Operations Support Manager  

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. The expected base pay for this position is $24/hr.
