Location: Remote - Spain or United Kingdom
Role Description:
As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting marketing programs in the Spanish market, as well as activities across EMEA and Australia. You will be responsible for creating bespoke industry events, online content and sales materials. You will collaborate closely across various teams including sales, product and operations. The ideal candidate will be a native Spanish speaker, have 2+ years marketing or events experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the EMEA Senior Marketing Manager.
What you’ll do:
- Manage large sets of data to ensure contacts and companies are correctly tagged with engagement activity and processed into our CRM accordingly.
- Collaborate with procurement, legal and accounting teams to process contracts and invoices for events and virtual sponsorships.
- Oversee invoice management for event sponsorships, liaising with accounting and partner counterparts to ensure timely payment and approvals.
- Organize and maintain updated creative assets (logos, boilerplates, graphics, presentation materials, etc.) for easy access to use in partner marketing activities.
- Work with partner marketers to update our team activity tracker with meetings, opportunities, closed-won and workable accounts each week.
- Monitor swag inventory and distribution for events, ensuring timely supply management.
- Build relationships with external counterparts and develop a deep and strategic understanding of how we benefit their business, their programs and channels.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Native Spanish speaker.
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in marketing and events. Experience in the e-commerce or fulfilment sectors is a plus.
- Creativity: you should enjoy being creative and thinking outside the box. We are passionate about creating memorable interactions with our prospects and merchants. You will be key in delivering these. Applicants must be comfortable with tools such as Canva and PowerPoint.
- Excellent project management skills: you have a demonstrated track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You can act both independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Tech savvy: you should be familiar with CRM and Content Management tools. You will be responsible for both creating materials/experiences and demonstrating performance.
- Independent and adaptable: we like creative problem solvers who can bring ideas to life. You won’t have a rule book to follow. We expect you to bring ideas and execute them.
