    • Build and maintain a structured library of approved, versioncontrolled compliance answers and supporting evidence.
  • Validation & Quality Control
    • Validate AIgenerated and systemdrafted responses against approved sourceoftruth documentation.
    • Confirm accuracy, completeness, and internal consistency of submitted responses.
    • Ensure supporting documentation (certifications, SOPs, licenses) is current, correctly referenced, and auditready.
    • Identify and flag discrepancies, outdated answers, or conflicting information.
  • Escalation & Risk Management
    • Identify netnew, ambiguous, or highrisk questions and escalate them to designated compliance or legal policy owners.
    • Track and document exceptions, decisions, and approvals to maintain a defensible audit trail.
    • Enforce defined approval thresholds and escalation criteria.
  • Systems, Tooling & Automation
    • Partner with Product and Engineering to design and implement AIassisted and rulesbased automation for compliance workflows.
    • Support configuration of validation logic, confidence scoring, and humanintheloop review processes.
    • Maintain compliance data structures, taxonomies, and metadata used by automation tools.
  • Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
    • Track key metrics including automation rate, validation accuracy, escalation volume, and turnaround time.
    • Build dashboards to monitor performance and identify opportunities for further automation or quality improvements.
    • Continuously refine workflows to reduce manual effort while maintaining compliance integrity.
  • Document Control & Knowledge Management
    • Maintain controlled repositories for compliance answers, evidence, and supporting documentation.
    • Ensure version control, review cadence, and clear ownership for all compliance content.
    • Support change management when approved compliance positions are updated.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, science, quality, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in compliance operations, quality systems, technical product management, or compliance automation.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data (questionnaires, documents, portals).
  • Strong validation mindset with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with regulatory or quality frameworks (e.g., GMP, GFSI, ISO, product safety, logistics compliance) preferred.
  • Experience supporting or implementing AIassisted workflows, automation tools, or internal systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards, metrics, and process performance data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document decisions clearly.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and documentation tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Jira; SQL or scripting a plus).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Clear judgment on when to validate independently versus escalate for policy review.
