Fall 2026 Marketing Coordinator Co-Op

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator Co-op Student to join our marketing team! Reporting to our Brand & Editorial Content Strategist and Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for assisting the Marketing team and their diverse range of activities across growth, content, events, ABM, and partnerships. 

This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You’ll get exposure to many facets of marketing, including the opportunity to put forward or own initiatives when possible. 

In this role you will…

• Conduct market research and present findings on competitors, target audiences and prospects, and marketing opportunities
• Draft, update, edit, or post content across Shipfusion’s blog and social channels
• Apply SEO/AEO best practices to blog, website, and landing page content 
• Provide event logistics and procurement support, including researching vendors, ordering event equipment or promotional materials, and vetting events for potential attendance 
• Support the development of digital campaigns and assets, including building or updating landing pages, drafting content, developing and editing videos, creating or updating email workflows, working with vendors, and conducting research 
• Assist with marketing budget tracking and monthly reporting
• Identify and support the build of sales enablement, client storytelling, or client lifecycle assets 
• Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring to the Team (Required Skills):

• A strong interest in all aspects of marketing, with a particular focus on content and digital campaigns
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt Shipfusion’s brand voice to different audiences and mediums
• Familiarity with SEO and AEO best practices and agentic tools such as ChatGPT and Claude 
• Comfortable with video creation, editing, and posting 
• Collaborative and curious  - eager to test new ideas, challenge assumptions, and grow your skill set
• Willingness to take on new challenges and campaigns as they arise
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace tools (bonus if you’re also familiar with HubSpot, SEMRush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console)
• Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage deadlines
