WHAT YOU WILL DO đ
- Verantwortung fĂŒr das Eventbudget inklusive Optimierung im Hinblick auf Effizienz und Business-Ziele (z. B. Leadgenerierung, Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit)
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Eventstrategie fĂŒr mehrere europĂ€ische MĂ€rkte (DACH, CEE, NL), angepasst an unterschiedliche PrioritĂ€ten und Markt-Reifegrade, in enger Abstimmung mit Country Managern und Sales
- Planung und DurchfĂŒhrung von Events ĂŒber mehrere LĂ€nder hinweg, mit einem klaren Fokus auf QualitĂ€t und effiziente Umsetzung
- Verantwortung fĂŒr Speaker- und Content-Management: Definition von Themen, Formaten und Agenden in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Speakern sowie in enger Abstimmung mit dem Brand- & Communication-Team
- Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Marketing, PR und den Country Managern zur Sicherstellung von Alignment und maximalem Impact sowie Steuerung externer Partner (Agenturen, Locations, Veranstalter)
- Analyse und Auswertung der Event-Performance (KPIs) sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung und Identifikation neuer Potenziale
- Sicherstellung eines konsistenten und hochwertigen Markenauftritts ĂŒber alle MĂ€rkte hinweg â unter BerĂŒcksichtigung lokaler Besonderheiten
WHAT YOU WILL NEED đȘ
- 4â6+ Jahre Erfahrung im Eventmanagement, idealerweise im internationalen B2B-Umfeld
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im End-to-End-Management komplexer Events (eigene und externe Formate) ĂŒber mehrere LĂ€nder hinweg
- Starkes Projektmanagement mit der FĂ€higkeit, mehrere Initiativen parallel zu steuern
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Event-Content und Storytelling (Agenda-Entwicklung, Themen, Formate)
- Erfahrung in Budgetverantwortung sowie ein datengetriebener Ansatz zur Performance-Messung (KPIs)
- Starkes strategisches VerstĂ€ndnis und die FĂ€higkeit, Events mit Business-Zielen zu verknĂŒpfen (Leadgenerierung, Pipeline, Markenpositionierung)
- AusgeprÀgte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Skills sowie eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maà an Ownership, Eigeninitiative und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Optimierung von Workflows und Effizienz (z. B. fĂŒr Strategie, Planung, Content oder Reporting)
- FlieĂende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; NiederlĂ€ndisch ist ein Plus, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
