WHO WE LOOK FOR šŸ¦„

We are looking for a data-driven, agile Partner Development Manager (PDM) to join our Hungarian team. This unique, hybrid role bridges the gap between technical operations and stakeholder coordination.

In this hands-on position, you will drive campaign coordination, monitor performance, and deliver structured reporting. Collaborating closely with our local Hungarian team and internal Sales colleagues, you will ensure our retail campaigns run flawlessly, budget margins are optimized, and publishers are coordinated effectively.

WHAT YOU WILL DO šŸ„

 

1. Campaign Execution & PPC Management

  • Take hands-on responsibility for occasionally deploying, purchasing, and managing digital ads directly through Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Act as the operational engine and central point of contact for local publishers, coordinating day-to-day campaign adjustments.

2. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

  • Monitor campaign KPIs, budgets, and targeting logic to protect and optimize campaign profit margins.
  • Analyze performance trends and data to understand how to effectively boost retail campaigns and deliver actionable insights.
  • Translate complex campaign data into structured, easy-to-understand Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations that prove the value of our digital solutions.

3. Internal & External Collaboration

  • Provide technical insights and operational excellence to support the local portfolio, while internal Sales teams manage direct commercial client communications.
  • Proactively identify client needs and unlock upselling potential early on, pitching new digital opportunities with a client-success mindset.

4. Tool Adaptability & Tech Evolution

  • Embrace technological change and actively learn new internal systems and analytics platforms (like Looker or Monday.com) as the company undergoes digital migration.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED šŸŖ„

 

  • A few years of professional experience in digital campaign management, ad operations, or project management (agency, e-commerce, or retail environment is a huge plus).
  • Practical foundational knowledge of PPC platforms, specifically Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, along with a strong comfort level with data metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS).
  • A high level of flexibility and adaptability toward learning new software, technical tools, and digital platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data sorting and PowerPoint for creating clear, professional reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate closely with local team members and international stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
