About the role: 

You’ll play a key role in supporting product marketing initiatives across ShopMy, helping brands, creators, and shoppers succeed on the platform. From managing and updating our educational materials, case studies, and content strategies to also bringing new products to market, you'll help ensure position ShopMy’s value to our users and ensure they need to get the most out of our product.

Your Impact in the Role:

  • Support the development of ShopMy’s LMS by drafting and uploading content, managing progress, and monitoring results within the LMS
  • Assist in creating case studies by gathering performance data, tracking requests, and drafting brand success stories
  • Create sales enablement assets including decks, one-pagers, and FAQs for new launches
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to amplify product stories and drive usage and expansion
  • Develop clear, cohesive narratives that connect product features to customer value
  • Contribute to overall user product & education strategy through data tracking, user feedback, and ongoing improvements

You Are Energized By:

  • Working cross functionally – You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Design, Success, and Product teams.
  • Creating educational content – You’ll help develop educational content and case studies, manage course setup in our LMS, support the blog and brand/creator guides, and collaborate on content strategy and execution.
  • A passion for helping others understanding and succeeding on a platform.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or go-to-market strategy roles
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable content
  • Proactive project manager who can juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Collaborative and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable speaking in front of a group or presenting material to an audience

Bonus Points:

  • Experience marketing products to both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Experience using LMS platforms like Intellum or similar tools
  • Familiarity with Notion, Articulate, Evolve, Figma, Loom, or other content and project management tools
  • Background in influencer marketing, e-commerce, or educational content development

We note that salary information as a general guideline only, actual compensation may vary from posting based on the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations. 

New York Pay Range

$70,000 - $83,000 USD

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
