About The Role:

ShopMy is hiring an Associate, Creator Experience to directly support our top-earning and highest potential creators. You will serve as a day-to-day partner for a portfolio of influential creators, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and guidance needed to maximize their earnings on ShopMy.

This is a creator-facing role where you’ll provide both high-touch support and scalable guidance, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional experience and surfacing insights that help improve ShopMy as a whole.

Your Impact to The Role:

• Creator Support: Provide direct, high-touch support for assigned creators, resolving inquiries and concerns quickly and ensuring they are set up for success.
• Actionable Insights: Monitor performance data, flag partnership opportunities, and share actionable strategies to increase creators’ earnings.
• Industry Awareness: Stay on top of creator economy and consumer trends, translating insights into guidance for creators.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, Client Strategy, and Data teams to escalate feedback and drive value for creators.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, partnerships, or creator economy roles
• Strong relationship-building skills; comfortable working with high-profile talent
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with creator platforms, affiliate programs, digital marketing tools, and fashion trends a plus
• Proficiency in Salesforce also a plus
