About the role...

ShopMy is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented operator to join our team as an Associate, Concierge. In this role, you will execute day-to-day shop building and maintenance for a portfolio of managed creators. You will be responsible for link creation, shop upkeep, and basic platform support, ensuring creators’ shops remain accurate, active, and high-performing. This role is well suited for an early-career candidate interested in the creator economy who enjoys executional work, follows process well, and brings strong attention to detail.

Your Impact to The Role:

• Support a portfolio of managed creators and assist with their ongoing use and optimization of ShopMy.
• Help maintain creator shops by building links and keeping content accurate and up to date.
• Respond to creator questions related to basic ShopMy usage and link functionality.
• Review creator activity to understand overall engagement and performance trends.
• Share recurring feedback, issues, or observations with the broader team to help improve tools and processes.
• Highlight notable links, brands, or products when relevant to support continued creator engagement.

• Supporting creators behind the scenes and keeping their shops running smoothly

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 0–2 years of experience in creator support, customer experience, operations, or other execution-focused roles
• NYC-based
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes consistently
• Clear written communication skills, especially when responding to creators or documenting work
• High level of organization, with the ability to manage recurring tasks across multiple creators
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and escalate issues when needed
• Proficiency in Google Suite and comfort learning new tools and workflows
• An execution-oriented mindset with genuine interest in creators, commerce, and digital shopping behavior
