About the role...

ShopMy is seeking a highly organized, data-minded, and excellent operator to join our team as the Creator Operations Manager. In this role, you will own the reporting systems, performance insights, and operational processes that keep the Creator organization aligned and effective, partnering closely with Creator Managers and leadership to deliver clear and reliable data, surface meaningful trends across creator performance, maintain internal documentation, and execute improvements that enhance how we support our creators. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, translating data into actionable insights, and creating clarity in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and who is motivated by helping teams evaluate performance consistently and focus on driving meaningful outcomes for our creator community.

Your Impact to The Role:

  • Own creator performance reporting and dashboards, ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and actionable for the Creator organization
  • Translate data into clear insights that help Creator Managers evaluate performance, spot trends, and identify opportunities across their creator portfolios
  • Monitor performance across creators and teams, proactively surfacing risks, patterns, and growth opportunities to leadership
  • Maintain internal documentation and operational processes that keep the Creator team aligned and informed
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Analytics to ensure consistent data definitions, tracking, and reporting as our creator ecosystem evolves
  • Support leadership in building and refining the operational rhythms, workflows, and systems that enable the team to run effectively and scale

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, analytics, business operations, revenue/success operations, or other cross-functional roles in high-growth tech or consumer environments
  • NYC-based
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, interpret, and translate data into actionable insights for cross-functional partners
  • High level of systems thinking, with a deep understanding of how data, internal processes, and team workflows interconnect
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and operational structure in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information while bringing clarity and structure to evolving processes
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, with proven ability to quickly learn new tools, data platforms, and reporting systems
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for improving operational rigor and enabling teams to work more effectively

We note that salary information as a general guideline only, actual compensation may vary from posting based on the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations. 

New York Pay Range

$100,000 - $115,000 USD

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
