General Dentist - Englewood

Full-Time General Dentist Opportunity – Englewood, FL

We are actively seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our growing team at Tarpon Shores Dental – Englewood, located at 1861 Placida Rd #105, Englewood, FL 34223. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with no weekends required.

We are currently expanding our footprint, with the office set to grow from 11 to 15 operatories, and our newly renovated space is expected to open in October. This is a well-established practice that has been serving the Englewood community for over 25 years.

Practice Highlights:

• High-volume PPO practice averaging over 130 new patients per month
• Strong existing patient base, with approximately 65% over the age of 60
• Growing younger demographic due to high new patient flow
• Currently staffed with 3 general dentists and a part-time endodontist (2 days/week)
• Eaglesoft PMS and 3 Trios scanners in use

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in a DSO setting
• Proficient in a wide range of procedures, including simple and surgical extractions
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment
• Patient-focused and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits:

• 90-day daily guarantee, followed by tiered % of net collections starting at 32% up to 34%
• Lab fees covered if using preferred vendors; 100% responsibility if using non-preferred
• $2,000 CE allowance annually
• Monthly paid subscription to Spear Education
• Relocation assistance available
