Frontend Engineer
Location Qualifications: Bucharest (hybrid, 2 days in the office)
Position Overview:
As a Frontend Engineer, you'll be pivotal in crafting innovative solutions that transform the creation, organization, and distribution of sales content. Catering to Sales Enablement specialists and Marketing Content Owners, you'll harness cutting-edge technologies to continuously elevate our platform, maximizing its impact on our users.
Your role will involve not just expanding and refining our codebase, but also driving innovation for new features. You’ll take full ownership, writing functional, automated, and scalable code that operates seamlessly within our cloud infrastructure and is efficiently monitored.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and enhancement of frontend features
- Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment, using an agile, iterative process
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality through effective testing strategies
- Collaborate with backend developers and UX/UI designers to deliver a polished experience

Must haves
- Team player & strong communicator – you enjoy working with others and sharing knowledge.
- 3+ years of experience as a frontend developer using a modern framework (preferably Angular).
- Experience building and maintaining complex, modular architectures. (module federation)
- Comfortable with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (like Playwright).
- API-first mindset – you design and build frontends that integrate cleanly with backend services.
- Good debugging skills using logging & monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, Datadog).
Nice to haves
- Experience with digital asset management or content management systems.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (ideally AWS).
- Willingness to occasionally help with backend features (PHP or Node.js).
- Familiarity with state management tools such as TanStack/Ngneat query.
- Experience with Nx for managing monorepos.
- Experience working with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve productivity.
