Fullstack Engineer

Location Qualifications: Bucharest (hybrid, 2/3 days in the office)

You’ll have ownership across the stack and play a key role in designing scalable, cloud-native solutions that empower users and elevate our platform.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and enhance full-stack features for our Enablement Operating System (eOS™)

• Write clean, robust, and testable code for both backend and frontend applications

• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions, ensuring scalability and performance

• Own the software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment—in an agile, iterative environment

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and security

• Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with backend systems, databases, and messaging services

• Become a subject-matter expert on specific components, features, or systems and drive innovation in your area

What we’re looking for

Must haves:

• A collaborative spirit and passion for working in a team

• Experience with Angular or similar web application frameworks

• Proficiency in backend development with languages like TypeScript, Kotlin, Go, or Python

• Understanding of complex cloud architectures and an eye for improvements

• Experience working in cloud environments, ideally AWS

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies

Nice to haves:

• Experience in digital asset management or content management systems

• Background in building SaaS products

• Experience with PHP
