About the position
Showpad is seeking a sales-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist dedicated exclusively to hiring top-performing sales talent. This role will partner directly with Sales leadership to drive hiring across key revenue-generating roles. This role will be critical in building consistent, high-quality pipelines that support Showpad’s revenue growth.
This role will report directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead and be part of a larger Talent Acquisition Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines of high-performing sales talent through sourcing, networking, and talent engagement
- Screen and assess candidates for sales acumen, quota attainment history, and cultural alignment
- Manage candidates through the full interview lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience
- Drive offer negotiations and closing processes in alignment with compensation philosophy
- Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health to ensure predictable hiring outcomes
- Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse ATS and Workday
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies to attract top commercial talent in competitive markets
Required Skills
- 2+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on Sales hiring
- Demonstrated success recruiting for quota-carrying roles such as Account Executives
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics (quota attainment, ACV, sales cycles, etc.)
- Proven ability to proactively source and engage passive sales candidates
- Data-driven and structured approach to managing pipelines and hiring processes
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Bonus Points
- Experience recruiting in SaaS or technology companies
- Experience supporting global sales teams
- Greenhouse ATS experience
