Talent Acquisition Lead
About the Role
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, hiring, and retaining the world-class talent that powers Showpad's growth. We are looking for a thoughtful, data-driven leader who will elevate our recruiting capabilities on a global scale — someone equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results.
This role leads a team of 3 direct reports and requires deep expertise in Go-to-Market (GTM) recruitment and the SaaS talent landscape. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 direct reports, building cohesion and capability across a geographically dispersed recruiting team.
- Regularly report to the Leadership Team on TA performance, pipeline health, and market intelligence — translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, candidate quality, and time-to-hire through data-driven decision-making.
GTM & SaaS Hiring
- Lead high-impact recruiting for Go-to-Market roles
- Apply deep knowledge of the global SaaS talent market to develop creative, competitive sourcing strategies that reach diverse, qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for GTM and technical roles, engaging both active and passive candidates.
- Stay closely connected to SaaS compensation benchmarks and competitive talent trends, advising the business on positioning and offer strategy.
Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects and reinforces Showpad's culture and employer brand.
- Provide consulting, training, and coaching to hiring managers on interviewing best practices, talent assessment, and ATS usage (Greenhouse).
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, assessments, screening, panel coordination, and offer management.
- Manage and develop relationships with external recruiting partners
Employer Brand & Systems
- Champion Showpad's employer brand through strategic job postings, thought leadership, networking, and external outreach.
- Serve as administrator and primary trainer of Greenhouse ATS, ensuring adoption, data integrity, and reporting accuracy.
- Oversee the development and ongoing review of all job descriptions across the organization.
- Identify and implement solutions that streamline recruiting workflows and strengthen Showpad's overall talent programs.
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven GTM recruitment experience — you have successfully hired Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Partnerships talent in a SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of in-house talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS company.
- Demonstrated experience building and executing global recruitment strategy plans.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to recruit across multiple functions in addition to GTM.
- Strong command of sourcing strategy, with a track record of building diverse pipelines of active and passive candidates.
- Proven ability to qualify talent holistically — beyond keyword-matching — and to match the right candidate to the right opportunity.
- Established track record of building trusted coaching and consulting relationships with senior hiring managers.
- Exceptional data literacy: ability to leverage ATS metrics, pipeline data, and market intelligence to inform strategy.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills; thrives in a high-volume, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to build trust, demonstrate empathy, and align with team priorities across cultures and time zones.
- A genuine team-player mentality: willing to roll up your sleeves and contribute across the broader People team.
