About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, high-IQ, optimistic professional with a bias for action who can lead & oversee Quantitively Surveying and  Billing for multiple housing complexes.

Job Description

1. Prepare, verify, and certify site measurements and bills
2. Material reconciliation statements
3. Support cost estimation, rate analysis, and maintain a database of contractors/vendors for competitive pricing.

Required Skills:

1. BE Civil/B.Tech. (Civil), Diploma (Civil) with 4-5 years’ experience in residential building projects.
2. Strong understanding of construction materials and specifications.
3. Should have working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project
4. Should have sound knowledge of IS 1200.

CTC  :     Up to ₹ 6 lacs per annum + performance linked incentives (basis on merit)
