About the Job 

We are seeking an experienced and honest 'Purchase Manager to oversee the purchasing operations of our projects in Bhiwadi, Neemrana, and Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be cost-conscious, have excellent negotiation skills and be responsible for negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials and services at the best prices.

Job Description

1. Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability, demonstrating a cost-conscious mindset and implementing measurable cost-saving measures
2. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure optimal prices and terms, utilizing strong negotiation skills
3. Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate procurement records, and implement efficient inventory management systems
4. Coordinate with finance department for budget alignment and cost analysis  
5. Maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials to construction sites 

Key Skills Needed 

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in real estate or construction industry
3. Proficiency in MS Excel 

CTC   

1. Rs. 8 lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
2. Corporate health insurance
