Job Title: AI Native Marketing Lead
We are looking for a marketing leader to own digital marketing and branding end to end for our business.
This role is for someone who understands both performance and brand. Someone with strong creative judgement, sharp commercial instinct, and the ability to use AI deeply not just to automate tasks, but to build a marketing engine that gets smarter, faster, and more effective over time.
This person will own the full system: lead generation, content, funnel conversion, CRM journeys, reporting, brand communication, and marketing operations. The goal is simple improve lead quality, increase conversion, strengthen trust, and make marketing more scalable with less manual dependency.We care strongly about truth-based marketing. That means no inflated claims, no artificial urgency, and no empty branding language. We want clear positioning, honest communication, and marketing that reflects the actual strength of the product.
What you will own
- End-to-end digital marketing across paid media, organic, social, website, landing pages, CRM, remarketing, and content.
- Brand communication across channels, with consistency in voice, visual quality, and trust.
- AI-enabled systems for campaign optimization, creative testing, lead scoring, reporting, segmentation, and faster execution.
- The link between marketing and sales: better lead quality, better nurturing, better conversion.
What we are looking for
- Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing and brand building.
- Ability to combine creative taste with analytical rigor.
- Strong understanding of funnels, paid media, CRM, content, and conversion.
