The iFuse Implant System® provides a less invasive alternative to traditional sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion surgery and has been used in over 90,000 procedures to date.

General Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with all applicable laws, industry codes and regulatory requirements worldwide, as included in the scope of the SI-BONE Quality Manual. This individual is encouraged, expected, and required to report any suspected violations of laws, regulations, the Code or any other Company policy, and all other suspected unethical behavior. Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with all applicable worldwide regulatory requirements as included in the scope of the SI-BONE Quality Manual.
Specific Responsibilities and Skills:
- Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
- Prepares and maintains job classifications and salary scales.
- Prepares and presents summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information.
- Gathers data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.
- Evaluates and implements job analysis instruments and materials.
- Conducts data and cost analyses.
- Research employee benefits in similar industries; based on findings, recommend changes or updates to the company’s existing benefits or policies.
- Collect employee feedback on specific issues or topics related to benefits and compensation.
- Answer employee and vendor questions regarding benefits
- Plans and communicates preferred methods and best practices for hiring, training, compensating, and evaluating employees.
- Coordinate with payroll, finance and business partners on requests and reports.
- Work with sales and sales management team to provide reports and data analytics
- Be SME for sales incentive compensation plan including maintenance of Xactly
- Updating cases in Salesforce to correctly pay distributors and internal sales team
Knowledge, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/finance/economics or a related field required
- 1 – 3 years of experience as a compensation/sales compensation/total rewards analyst or similar role
- Make informed decisions based on data and statistics
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
- Proficiency with HRIS, Excel, and standard MS Office suite of products
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Must be organized and ability to prioritize work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sales compensation knowledge a plus
- Xactly or similar ICM tool a plus
Salary range: $84,000 - $94,000. The compensation range for this position is specific to the location and is in good faith what SI-BONE expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Supplemental pay: bonus and stock
