
Manager/Senior Manager, National Accounts

General Responsibilities:
The Manager/Sr. Manager, National Accounts has responsibility driving revenue growth and maintaining ASP by building and maintaining relationships with high-profile, enterprise-level clients on a national scale. They will develop strategic account plans, negotiate contracts, act as a primary liaison between the client and internal teams (marketing, product, sales), and ensure client satisfaction, product penetration and profitability. This position partners with the field sales management team to build mutually preferred partnerships with targeted strategic accounts and drive brand awareness and value proposition at the highest levels. This role will also work to shift conversations from traditional product sales to solutions that meet the customer’s strategic priorities and highlight the corporate value delivered through partnership with SI-Bone.

Specific Responsibilities and Skills:
- Develop and execute long-term business plans for key accounts focusing on retention and growth
- Meet or exceed corporate ASP goals
- Cultivate high-level, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, often managing large complex or cross-functional accounts
- Introduce new products, services, or technologies to accounts, ensuring successful product adoption and brand consistency
- Act as the primary negotiator for contracts, agreements, and pricing while analyzing market trends and competitive information
- Work with marketing, sales and product teams to align client needs with company offerings, providing insights based on data analysis
- Monitor account performance and create, maintain and present regular, details reports to senior leadership
- Supply data analysis for every single request for proposal from our customer base
- Manage monthly admin fee and rebate audits in collaboration with finance
- Build and manage decision making tools for the organization with regards to pricing
- Work collaboratively with SI-BONE office staff to manage and update all contract and pricing data within the established SI-Bone systems
- Support the SI-BONE Quality System and relevant analytical tools
Knowledge, Education and Experience:
- Minimum 8 + years of sales/management experience or contract management experience or equivalent consulting or GPO experience
- MBA or bachelor’s degree in business, science, marketing or communications preferred
- Experience in reviewing, editing and negotiating legal documents
- Experience in reading, analyzing and writing strategic plans and proposals with customers
Salary range: Manager level compensation range: $102,000 - $112,000. Senior Manager salary range: $112,000 - $144,000. The compensation range for this position is specific to the location and is in good faith what SI-BONE expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
