About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement legal department tools and processes to support the day-to-day operational needs of the legal team
- Assist in drafting and maintaining organizational documents and document management systems, including corporate governance, contracts, and other legal documents
- Assist in the organization and management of legal department projects
- Assist with insurance product filings and document development
- Support various additional administrative tasks
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of prior experience with an in-house legal department preferred
- Impeccable organization and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn the operational nuances of an innovative health insurance business
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in, or the ability to quickly adopt and learn, project management or data management tools
- Bachelor’s Degree

Sidecar Health adopts a market-based approach to compensation, where base pay varies depending on location and is further influenced by job-related skills and experience. The current expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000.
