■職務内容 / Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)
PlayStationプラットフォームの製品やサービスが【企画から市場導入に至るまでの一連の流れ（End toEnd）】を支える、プログラムマネジメント業務です。
製品の立ち上がりをゼロから見届け、チームと一緒に「モノが世に出る瞬間」に関われる醍醐味があります。

【具体的な職務内容】
▪ハードウェアやLSIに関わる開発プロセスに加え、ソフトウェアやサービスの開発プロセスも理解
しながら、グローバルチームで構成されるプログラムを横断的にマネジメントしていただきます。
領域をまたいだ視点と連携力が求められるポジションです。
▪リスク管理、ステークホルダーとの調整、コミュニケーション設計、市場導入支援など、【単なる開発進行管理にとどまらず、「プロジェクトを成功させるための総合力」】を発揮いただくことが期待されます。
▪スケジュール作成や管理だけではなく、開発初期から関わり、計画策定、進捗トラッキング、各種レポートの作成、チームを動かすための仕組みづくり、市場リリースまでを一貫してリードしていただきます。
▪プロジェクトの途中で課題や方向性の見直しが必要になった際には、柔軟かつ冷静な判断で軌道修正を図ることが求められます。全体を俯瞰しながら、各領域に適切なバランス感覚で関わっていくことが大切です。

弊社には、PlayStationプラットフォームのハードウェアや周辺機器、システムソフトウェア、PlayStation Networkのネットワークサービスなどを開発している多くのチームが存在します。
当部署は、そうしたプロダクトやサービス、アプリケーションが計画通りに世の中に出ていくことを支援する役割を担っており、Program Managerとしてプロジェクト全体をリード・サポートしていきます。
開発チームと密に連携しながら、PlayStationを支える多様な技術や仕組みに触れることができ、次世代のプラットフォームやサービス開発に直接関われるポジションです。
技術的な広がりとインパクトのある取り組みに携われるため、「モノづくりの最前線」に立てる実感が得られると思います。
 
また、海外との協業プロジェクトも多く、USやUKのPMOやエンジニアと日常的にやり取りする中で、英語を活かせる場面が多く、グローバルな感覚や視野を広げたい方にもフィットします。必要に応じて海外出張の機会もあります。
 
業務の忙しさは担当プロジェクトやフェーズによって変動しますが、日々の働き方（リモート／オンサイト）や稼働時間はご自身の裁量で調整可能です。
また、通院や育児、介護などの個人やご家族の事情にも柔軟に対応する文化があり、プライベートとのバランスを大切にした働き方が実現しやすい環境です。
 
 
■求められるスキル・技術領域 / Skills and Qualifications
【必須（MUST）】
▪プログラム／プロジェクトマネジメント業務の実務経験（5年以上）
▪ソフトウェア・ファームウェア開発に関わるプロジェクトのマネジメント経験
▪複数のチームを横断して進捗を管理し、プロジェクト全体や全社向けの報告を行った経験
▪各種ツール（Confluence、Jira、MS Office（Excel、PowerPoint）Sharepoint、Google Drive、
Google Presentation/Spreadsheet ）の利用経験
▪上述のツールなどを活用し状況を的確に可視化・共有できるスキル
▪複数の情報を統合して理解し、そこから課題を抽出・解決に導く力
▪グローバルメンバーと協働した経験があり、英語でのプレゼンテーションやディスカッションが可能な方
 

【歓迎（WANT）】
▪ハードウェア開発に関わるプロジェクトのマネジメント経験
▪サーバクライアントシステムに関する理解。
▪ネットワークサービス、アプリケーション全般に関する知識。
▪言語問わず、何かしらのプログラム開発経験。
▪PMP (project management professional certification) 等Project/Program Management資格保持。
▪海外勤務経験。
