■職務内容

PlayStation Network 向けサーバーアプリケーションが稼働するプラットフォームの開発・改善を担当します。

「新規開発以外の定常タスクを極限まで自動化する」「最適なサーバー状態を定量的に可視化する」ことを通じ、アプリケーション開発・運用・セキュリティ対応が自動かつ持続的に行える環境を構築します。

グローバルに展開するプラットフォームであるため、米国を含む海外チームとも連携し、継続的な改善と革新を推進していきます。

【主な業務内容】

  • Renovateを用いた依存ライブラリやコンテナイメージの自動更新フロー構築

  • Jenkins／GitHub Actions中心のCI/CDパイプラインの整備と自動化

  • LLM（大規模言語モデル）を活用したPR自動生成やコード修正提案フローの開発

  • DOMOなどのBIツールを用いたサービス健全性の可視化

  • Webアプリの構成改善による運用負荷・コスト削減

  • 開発チームの課題を解決する内製ツールの企画・開発

  • 社内エンジニアからの問い合わせ対応や技術サポート

■求められる実務経験・スキル・人物像

【必須要件（MUST）】

  • Webアプリケーション、CI/CDパイプライン、自動化ツール等の設計・実装・テスト経験（3年以上）

  • Gitを用いたチーム開発経験

  • クラウドサービスプロバイダ（例：AWSなど）の利用経験

  • 基本的なLinux操作スキル

  • 自動化や仕組み化への関心と実行力

  • チームでの協働開発経験

【歓迎要件（WANT）】

  • Kubernetes（EKS等）を活用したマイクロサービスの運用経験

  • Renovate / Dependabot等の依存管理自動化ツール利用経験

  • LLM API（OpenAI、Claude等）を用いた開発経験

  • Python／TypeScript／Shell Script等でのツール・スクリプト開発経験

  • FinOpsやコスト最適化に関する自動化経験

  • DOMO等BIツールを用いた業務可視化経験

  • オープンソースへの貢献実績

  • Cloud Nativeアプリ／インフラに関する知識

  • 横断チームでの技術リード・改善推進経験

■組織・チーム紹介

本ポジションは、PlayStation Network 向けサーバーアプリケーションの企画・設計・開発・運用を担うエンジニアリング部門に所属します。

当部門は、クライアントソフトウェア、ゲームコンテンツ配信・販売機能、オンラインゲーム機能、ソーシャル機能など、PlayStation製品のライフサイクルを構成するプラットフォームサービスを提供しており、コンシューマーおよびゲームデベロッパーの双方に価値を提供しています。

チームは20〜30代の若手が多く、技術・コスト・効率を論点としたフラットな議論ができる雰囲気です。ゲーム好きな社員も多く、製品への思い入れを持ったメンバーが活躍しています。

海外との連携が多く、英語を使用したミーティングや海外出張の機会もあります。PlayStationの未来を支え、さらなるビジネス展開（例：PCゲーム領域）を切り拓く仲間をお待ちしています。
