■ 職務内容 / Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)
役割 
  • Sony Interactive Entertainmentがグローバルで使用する使用するMicrosoft Active Directory及び関連サービスの維持、管理を行う 
  • グローバルチーム（北米、ヨーロッパ）と連携、協力し、シームレスで効率的かつ信頼性の高いActive Directoryと関連ソリューションサービスの提供を行う 
責務 
  • 目標レベルを達成するため、スペシャリストとして、ハードウェア、OS、ソフトウェア、ネットワークの問題発生を未然に防止する。問題が発生した場合には、速やかに原因を特定しサービスの継続性を維持する 
  • 部門横断的なチームと協力し、改善の機会を特定し、反復可能なワークフローを作成と維持をサポートし、サービスのレベルを革新的に向上させる 
  • Active Directoryのアイデンティティ管理、セキュリティガバナンス、維持、監査対応を主導して実施する

■ 求められるスキル・技術領域 / Skills and Qualifications
【必須（MUST）】
・複数以上のWindows Serverの業務管理経験 
・Microsoft Active Directoryもしくは、Entra IDの業務での管理実務経験 
・LDAP認証、SAML認証などの技術知識 

【歓迎（WANT）】
・Linuxなど複数以上のサーバOS業務管理経験 
・作業の自動化を目的としたPython, PowerShell等によるスクリプト開発経験歓迎

【英語】
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（US4名、UK2-3名のチームのため）

【日本語】
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上）
