■組織・チーム紹介

PlayStation®の商品設計を行う部署で無線部を担当します。無線はDualSenseコントローラーやWi-Fiによるインターネット接続には必須機能であり、世界中のお客様が使用しその機能・性能を評価される非常にやりがいのある仕事です。
 

■職務内容 

PlayStation®向け無線デバイスの開発・評価と、そのデバイスを用いた商品設計から量産導入まで行います。以下の業務の中でなるべく広範に力を発揮できるエンジニアを募集します。

・PlayStation®商品に適した無線デバイス要求仕様の策定
・協業パートナー企業の選定からデバイス開発とその進捗の取りまとめ
・サンプルデバイスの評価プラン策定とその実施を通じた完成度向上
・無線デバイスを搭載したPlayStation本体の商品設計とその量産導入
 

■求められる実務経験・スキル・人物像

【必須要件(MUST)】
・無線系標準規格（IEEE802.11（Wi-Fi）, BluetoothなどのプロトコルやRF）の知識を有すること

【歓迎要件(WANT)】
・ソフトウェア検証の経験
・組み込みソフトウェア（ファームウェアなど）に関する知識、業務経験
・Linux に関する知識、業務経験
・デバイスドライバに関する知識、業務経験
・ネットワークに関する知識
・高周波（RF）の評価・検証の経験
・高速I/F（PCIE, USBなど）の知識を有すること

・責任感を持って自律的に業務を進められること
・社内外の協業相手と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れること
・環境や状況の変化に臨機応変な対応ができること
・カスタマー視点に立って業務に取り組める方
