PlayStation向けのストリーミング技術およびネットワーク技術の研究開発を担うチームです。
次世代のゲーム体験を創造するR&D組織として、中長期的な視点で5GやWi-Fiなどの最先端通信技術の研究に取り組んでいます。また、AI/ML技術を活用した次世代のネットワーク技術開発も推進しています。

■職務内容
PlayStation向けに最高品質のゲームストリーミングを実現するネットワーク技術の研究開発（R&D）を担っていただきます。

■具体的な職務について
・Wi-Fi/モバイルネットワークにおけるストリーミング最適化技術の開発
・AI/ML技術を活用したネットワーク技術の開発
・SIEの中長期ビジネスにつながる無線通信/ネットワーク技術の開発
ハッカソンや社内技術発表などのイベントへの参加やワールドワイドで活発な交流も可能

■求められる実務経験・スキル・人物像 "【必須要件(MUST)】
・ネットワークおよび無線通信技術（Wi-Fi、5Gなど）に関する知識
・Wi-Fi通信の検証・評価経験 (L1～L3 プロトコル解析などの実務経験があれば尚可)
・C/C++プログラミングの開発経験（3年以上）

■語学力
【英語】英語の仕様書を読みこなすことができること、英語でのメールやりとりができること
【日本語】ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上）

【歓迎要件(WANT)】
・ネットワークシステム・プロトコルスタック (ソフトウェア) の実装経験
・Linuxカーネル・ドライバ技術の開発経験
・AVストリーミング技術に関する知識
・チームでのソフトウェア開発経験（年数問わず、 gitを利用した開発）

【求められる人物像】
・プロトコル仕様の読み込み・理解・実装・評価を自ら主体的に行える方
・実験的PoC環境における試行錯誤と改善に前向きに取り組める方
・他の開発者や研究者と協調し、知識・アイデアを共有できたり、学会や論文からの情報収集など学習意欲がある方"
