▪️組織チーム紹介
当組織は、PlayStation Networkのクライアントアプリケーションを担当する部署です。具体的には、Trophy/Activityなどゲームプレイを魅力的にする機能の開発に携わります。
自社ゲーム機だけでなく、Android/iOSやWindows向けのアプリケーションの開発も行っており、C/C++を使用したシステムソフトウェアに含まれるアプリケーションの開発から、ReactNative(JS/TS)を使用したUIの開発、フルスタックメンバーによるサーバー開発(Java)など、幅広い領域でのチャレンジができます。
また、当組織ではPlayStationのエンドユーザー向けアプリケーションだけでなく、ライセンシー向けSDKの開発も行っています。これにより、多角的な視点でのシステムデザインや開発に取り組むことができます。
グローバルなチーム体制を取っており、海外との協業が多いのも当組織の特徴です。国際的なプロジェクトに参加することで、異文化コミュニケーションやグローバルな視点を身につけることができます。また組織全体でアジャイル開発が採用されており、スクラムチーム単位で開発が行われています。
ワークライフバランスを重視しており、実際リモートワークを選択している人の比率も高く、働きやすい環境の整備に取り組んでいます。リモートワーク主体の職場にはなっていますが、ハッカソンなどの社内のソーシャルイベントに参加する機会も豊富で、活発な交流があります。
 
▪️職務内容
- アプリケーション開発エンジニアは、PlayStation Networkの提供するサービスのフロントエンドからビジネスロジックまでの開発を担当します。PlayStationコンソールのシステムソフトウェアだけでなく、モバイルアプリからWindows PCまで幅広いプラットフォーム向けにアプリケーションの設計から実装までを担当していただきます。
 
▪️ 具体的な職務について
- PlayStation コンソール、モバイルアプリ、WindowsPCのネットワーク機能とSDKの開発 (Trophy)
- 状況に応じて以下のような機会があります。
- React Native上でのJavascript/Typescriptによるフロントエンド開発
- C/C++(比率は多くはないが C# も)を使用したアプリケーション開発
- 一部フルスタックな取り組みとしてJavaを使用したWeb APIサーバーの開発
- アジャイルな開発スタイルの中でスクラムチームの一員として開発を実施
- ソフトウェア開発のライフサイクルにおいて、要件の定義、設計、実装(コーディング)、テスト設計と実施(CICD化含む)、リリースのためのドキュメンテーション、利用者(ゲーム開発者含む) のサポート、不具合対応、など、ほぼすべての局面を担当

▪️求める 実務経験、スキル
- 【必須（MUST）】
- チームでのソフトウェアの設計、開発経験5年以上または同等の経験
- 以下のいずれか
- 商用製品開発向けの C/C++ 開発経験
- Windows8/10世代、Android/iOS （クロスプラットフォーム含む）等におけるアプリケーション、ライブラリ開発経験
- Webアプリやその他クライアント－サーバーアプリケーションの開発経験
-語学力 / Language Skills
  英語：英文で他部署とテキストコミュニケーション(メールやslackなど) をとる他、ドキュメントの読み書きを英文で行うことは日常的にある
日本語：普段の業務では日本語を用いるため、ミーティングなどでの会話、既存の日本語ドキュメントの読解、チャットやビジネスツールなどでの読み書きのために、基本的な日本語のコミュニケーションスキルが必要

- 成果物の開発及び利用において、面識のない多数の関係者が関与するような大規模な開発組織における開発経験
- ReactなどモダンUI Frameworkでの開発経験
- REST API に関する理解
- チーム開発において Technical なリードをした経験
- オープンソースのコントリビュート経験
- Visual Studio での開発
- svn, github を活用した開発
- 組み込み機器開発のような実行環境のメモリリソースを意識した開発経験
