私たちは、PlayStationハードウェア・周辺機器及びゲームソフトウェアの日本国内におけるセールス・マーケティングを担う組織です。グローバルセールス・マーケティング部門の一員として、販売店及びビジネスパートナーと連携しながら日本国内でのPlayStationビジネスの最大化を目指しています。 

シニアコマーシャルプランニングマネジャーは、新商品導入、販促施策の企画・実行、ならびにビジネス企画を担うセールス領域のチームに所属します。シニアマネジャー（課長）にレポートし、担当領域において主体的に課題設定・提案・実行を推進します。新たなアイデアや改善提案が歓迎される職場環境で、成果に応じてより大きな責任と影響力を担っていただくことが期待されています。 

 

【職務内容 / Job Responsibility】 

・国内市場における新商品導入の企画・実行推進 

・販売拡大のための販促施策の企画・実行推進 

・販売施策の効果検証と改善提案 

・販売施策の予算管理 

・商品導入・販促活動の内容及び予算についてのグローバルチームとの折衝 

・販売店向け資料の作成 

・中長期視点での市場ニーズに基づくビジネス機会の検討・提案 

・新規販路開拓の為提案作成及びパートナー折衝 

・販売施策実行に必要な関係各部署との折衝 

 

【応募資格（必須要件）/ Must Requirements】 

・営業または企画の経験5年以上 
・論理的思考力および課題解決力 
・高いコミュニケーション能力及び関係構築能力 

・日本語：ネイティブレベル（商談・交渉・資料作成が可能なレベル） 
・英語：日常会話レベル以上（Writing・Speakingともに業務使用可能） 

 

【歓迎スキル・経験 / Nice to Have】 

・ビジネスレベルの英語力（議論や発信を積極的に行える姿勢） 
・ゲーム／コンシューマーエレクトロニクス/エンタテインメント業界での業務経験
